Our connectivity is secured against network threats by a series of preventive measures that include packet filtering, router-based access lists, host-based access controls, physical security (including the use of non-snooping switched Ethernet hubs) and daily auditing.

Facility Power Supply

Serenity provides redundant power supply through Uninterruptible Power Systems and diesel back-up generators. In the event of a power failure, our on-site 350 KVA diesel generator will switch over within 8 seconds to ensure continuous power to your networks, without interruption to service.
